Product Description & ApplicationThis strong washing fluid is for manual cleaning of ink rollers and blankets. Evaporation on the higher side and excellent wetting behaviour of the roller and blanket surfaces through effective emulsifiers allow fast washing results without residues.The flash point of the product as >36oC applicable for conventional and metallic inks.

Use and product InstructionsAlphawash 442 can be used pure or mixed with water. The wash concentrate should be applied to a cleaning rag and then wiped intensively over the blanket surface.Repeat this procedure as necessary. When washing roller, apply solution by using an appropriate wash applicator bottle of undiluted solution, followed by an application of water as and when required.
